BIO: J.LuLu
My artistic background is highlighted by earning my BFA in 2008 and working in the film industry as an illustrator and digital texture and background artist on major motion pictures including Revenge of the Sith, Transformers, Die Hard, and Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull.
Also at Lucasfilm, a part of my time there was working with the publishing division on image editing for the Star Wars graphic novels. The demanding, high-precision world of film art gave me a strong foundation in composition, atmosphere, and visual storytelling, skills that now shape my own work as a graphic novelist.
I’m a passionate storyteller who believes graphic novels and comics are the ultimate form of storytelling.
